The second phase of The Moments of Lakeville project consisted of the design and build of a 3-story, 75,000 square foot, and 60-unit memory care and enhanced assisted living community. The design lead for the project was provided by local architects, however, the Paragon team provided critical design insight and initiative, additionally. The Paragon Commercial Builders construction team also provided value-added pre-construction services, project management, finishing, and specialty design services throughout the entire construction process.

Together, our dedicated team of building science professionals was able to deliver a building that is truly industry-leading with breathtaking and luxurious finishes. The result is a caring, clean, and purposeful living environment for those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
