Inspired by the tragic loss of two of her grandfathers to Alzheimer’s, over many years, Paragon Founder Elizabeth Wright increasingly became interested in combining her passion for residential and commercial construction toward the goal of advancing the quality of living environments for individuals living with a form of dementia. Together with Paragon Commercial Builder’s design and construction team, Elizabeth set out to build the first phase of her vision.

The Moments of Lakeville -The Cottages is the result of that combined effort, a 32-suite, 24,000 square-foot senior housing and office building that provides an innovative and therapeutic healthcare environment. The building’s forward-thinking design has resulted in several awards and is a nationally-acclaimed pilot site.
