The owners of the building brought in Paragon to provide insight and direction on what would be necessary to get their building truly sale ready.

Tuckpointing services were performed on the entire brick exterior. The cracking and heaving cobblestone sidewalk was replaced with colored concrete and landscaping was updated to promote proper drainage away from the building.

To ensure the highest number of potential buyers, Paragon brought the interior to a vanilla shell; removing dividing walls, sheet rocking and installing new insulation.

The cracked warehouse concrete floor was also replaced. The improvements done opened the doors to an increased number of potential buyers, ultimately resulting in the sale of the property.
