Le Parisien is a multifamily apartment and business complex that unfortunately had massive water damage due to an exterior envelope defect. The defect resulted in water intrusion problems, which reduced the quality of living and overall property value. Paragon Commercial Builders was brought in to resolve the water intrusion issue and additionally improve the visual aesthetic of the building.

Our team of water ingress experts stripped the entire exterior of the building to the studs. Through a thorough investigation, we found the damage to be extensive, resulting in the repair and outright replacement of 30% of the exterior framing.

After addressing the structural issues, we continued with replacing exterior doors, windows, and decks. The final steps to resolving the water intrusion on this building involved solving the issues caused by the defective roof. To do so, the flat roof was replaced and shingled dormers corrected.

We sealed up the exterior with proper insulation and a weather barrier to complete the project. We then installed a beautiful exterior complete with new fiber cement lap siding and masonry veneer. This successful project equipped the building with a fresh exterior restoration, enhancing the building’s visual appeal and property value.
