Lake West is an 80,000-square-foot office building located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. When they came to us, the client was unhappy with the exterior appearance of the building and was also experiencing increasing damage due to water intrusion.

Paragon worked closely with the client to select new exterior finishes as well as design new entrance canopies, which brought a modern appeal to the property. We then went about investigating, identifying, and providing corrective measures for water intrusion before applying the planned exterior design. Our water intrusion prevention measures included a new roof, flashing, weather barrier, and cladding.
