Paragon’s inaugural project rejuvenated a 1970s colonial on Lake Minnetonka into the owners’ forever home. The exterior received a facelift with a new roof, siding, doors, and larger windows. Water intrusion issues were tackled with expert care, ensuring proper drainage away from the home.

Internally, the home underwent a complete overhaul, creating an open-concept kitchen and great room. A former porch was transformed into a cozy sitting area, complemented by a rooftop deck for lake views.

Expanding the master suite involved integrating spaces to create a luxurious retreat. The suite features a master bath with a clawfoot tub, separate shower, and water closet, along with a spacious closet and a charming lake-view sitting area.
