Bridgewalk Condominiums was an expensive project aiming to correct years of differed maintenance. It included multiple building envelope corrections and the replacement of decaying decks. Paragon Commercial Builders removed all existing decks, removed all sheathing, and corrected any wood framing that had deteriorated. During the reconstruction process new windows, doors, and siding were installed.

This project also included green initiatives to reduce energy consumption by installing a new exterior insulation system. A major challenge of this project included the discovery of extensive damage originally hidden beneath the pool area hiding extensive damage. During the construction process, multiple structural deficiencies were uncovered in this area. Additionally, construction expanded to replace the roof deck and all exterior columns with a new steel structure. The final touch of the pool renovation was a brand new, 2-story curtain wall to bring more natural light into the space.
