301 Clifton in Minneapolis suffered from years of differential settlement that had compromised the flashing and waterproofing at the fourth floor. This differential settlement created issues at doors, windows, and on top of the brick ledge. Paragon worked with the forensic engineer to replace all the windows and doors on fourth floor, all of the cladding and weatherproofing, as well as all the flashing.
