I think the coordination of Paragon and property management was great and had no complaints from the residents saying that they didn’t know what was going on and property management always felt that they knew what was going on as well. Our project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule.

Your team did a project for us that went extremely well, so well that the board of directors wanted to work with your team again on phase two of the pipe replacement project. Its great to have a partner like Paragon to help make a project successful.

Paragon succeeded in providing the proper solutions for our Canabury Square Condominiums parking garage water intrusion problem—executing the project in a timely matter and perfectly. The finished product is truly stunning. You took of 5500 square foot two story colonial very boring, outdated and in disrepair from the 70’s and brought it up to date. There was not a surface in the house that was not touched. With a new gourmet kitchen that allows for views of the lake and lots of entertaining space, to opening up the master bedroom and turning it into a gorgeous master suite. By combining one of the bedrooms with the master we gained a huge amount of square footage. Allowing the master bath to have his and her vanities, a clawfoot tub, separate shower and water closet allowing each of us our own space.

Over the years we have had the opportunity to work with the number of contractors in our homes. Most make promises and guarantees yet they are unable to deliver on those promises. Paragon made us a promise and not only kept it but exceeded it.

I have enjoyed the privilege of working with Paragon Restorations on multiple occasions. They did an exceptional job with a Complete House Remodel. The quality of work was as close to perfect as I could have imagined. So much so, that I was able to sell the property prior to putting it on the market. Attention to the most intricate details was impressive. The management always appeared to be respectful to the subcontractors and vendors on site. In addition, the subcontractors and vendors were respectful of the property and kept everything in tidy condition when we moved to a new stage of remodeling.

The second time I used Paragon Restorations was for improvement to another home. Once again, they did an excellent job completing all tasks according to the time frame we outlined.
